One day, a friend of mine was just randomly letting me know about hypem n all.n since that day,evrytime i need sumthing new for my ears, i know exactly where to go. Also, if you could shuffle within a playlist that would be cool. Only thing I will say is that an option to put songs in more than one playlist would be great. For us Canadians, there are way less offerings in the way of streaming music no Pandora, no Spotify, no aha, no iTunes Radio!! Hype Machine is quite literally my pulse and lifeline for new music. *** I REALLY HOPE Hype Machine will be compatible with Carplay when it comes out. This is exactly what i’ve been hoping for. However, as it stands I’m very pleased I can separate my “party” playlist from my “chill” one as that has resulted in some awkward parties in the past haha. Great, you read mi mind!!! i was thinking that and now is real. it looks like the playlists are directly linkable, you can right click the name (up, down, weird) and copy the URL and browse them on people’s profile pages.

You can stumble into all kinds of different stuff here, and these playlists will help you remember everything great you’ve found, in any category.īut really, I just can’t wait for you to try this out. Our goal since 2005 has been helping you find new music to fall in love with. This is among the most requested Hype Machine features, so we’ve put a ton of thought into making it fit the experience. The tracks in each list show up in the same order as in your favorites. Just swipe across each track and pick the list that fits best.
You can also put your existing favorites into these categories. These are the categories we use, but you can rename them (long-press the title, Emoji welcome!). When favoriting a track, you can add it to one of three playlists-Up, Down, and Weird. A way to revisit the dancey things while planning a party mix, just hear the slower tracks, or find that spoken-word piece again. As you’ve discovered more and more music on Hype Machine, you’ve probably wished there was a way to categorize your finds.
